ACE 3000 THICKNESS GAUGE

This factory installed, custom-fitted probe system is calibrated and shipped ready-to-use. Simply press “ON” and measure. It has a full range accuracy of better than +/-3%. +/-1 micrometer accuracy with 0-200 micron thick material. This unit features last reading hold for easy viewing of results on its LCD, automatic shut-off, memory, limits, audio warning, battery, calibration plate and foils in a heavy-duty case. Performs smooth and rough surface, simple zero and single point calibration. Audible alarm indicates when measurement is complete.

● Resolution @ 0-100 micrometers: 0.1 micrometer
● Resolution @ 100-1500 micrometers: 1.0 micrometer
