The TRX allows for fast and easy operation with its user-friendly design. By scrolling through the menu, the display will prompt the operator through calibrations by asking questions such as : Select ¡°INPUT or OUTPUT,¡± select MILLIAMPS, MILLIVOLTS, T/C¡±, etc. Settings can be changed at any time by pressing the ¡°C/CE¡± key which allows you to step backwards in the program and after previous settings.

The programmable step function allows for storage of up to six calibration values. These values can be recalled manually in sequence or be sent out automatically over a preprogrammed time interval. The ¡°FIXED STEPS¡± key allows for output of signals in 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of selected span value.

The TRX offers a wide choice of measuring, simulation and combination possibilities including: Steps, Ramping, Temp Xmtr Calibration, Scaling, Selectable Standards, Cold Junction Compensation, Loop Testing, Speed Setting, etc.

The TRX will allow you to measure and simulate millivolts, Volts, Ohms, RTD¡¯s, Thermocouples, Milliamps, and also provide a 24 VDC power supply for 2/3 wire 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA transmitters.

The TRX is the ideal tool for the instrument engineer as it can act as a simulator, receiving controller, power supply and decade box to make maintenance, checking and calibration of many devices including RTD¡¯s and T/C¡¯s very easy.
